Ceapro Announces Signing of Growing Forward 2 Agreement

EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/13/13 -- Ceapro Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZO) is pleased to announce that it has signed an Agri-Processing Automation and Efficiency Grant Agreement with Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development. This program operates pursuant the Growing Forward 2 Agreement.

Under the terms and conditions of the Agreement signed, Ceapro is eligible for a contribution of up to $673,000 by way of grant for certain eligible capital and non-capital expenses that are approved.

"The funding provided by this program will be utilized to support equipment and related costs for our new manufacturing facility currently under construction in Edmonton.
