The remaining claims by Ceapro Inc against the Saskatchewan Government Growth Fund and Saskatchewan Government Growth Fund Management Corporation were dismissed. The Board of Directors reviewed the Reasons for Decision with counsel and instructed that an appeal be initiated. This has now been done.
